Patience

Hey!

I'm excited to share this Bible plan with you all! There were a few topics requested, so we're going to start with patience. It's so important that we stay focused on the Lord. We should allow Him to work on our hearts and mold us in all areas of our lives.

Let's first take a look at the definition of the word patient. The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines patient as bearing pains or trials calmly or without complaint. It defines patience as the capacity, habit, or fact of being patient. Do these words describe you? Are you praying God will strengthen you in this area? Who's the first person that comes to mind when you think of these words? Our heavenly father comes to my mind. He is more than patient with us and gives us new chances each day.

Now that we've taken a look at how the dictionary describes patience, let's study what the word says about it.

I encourage you to pray before reading each day. Seek the Lord for guidance and allow Him to open your heart up to this topic. I pray that we all grow through this plan. I can't wait to see how the Lord opens our minds and changes us!

With that being said, here's our October Bible reading plan. Click the link below!

I strive to maintain excellence at work, without bringing work home, while also trying to stay fit and be a present mom. Not to mention, trying to look good for my husband,  I mean I can’t always walk around looking like a ragamuffin. Most importantly, I strive to keep my relationship with GOD front and center in my life. I could never be the wife or mother I desire to be without him.    I find myself trying to check all of the boxes, and as much as I dislike admitting this, trying to be PERFECT. While I know perfection is unattainable, I'm constantly striving to have everything just right. I wanted to be sure I ...
